Dear Colleague,

Firstly, on behalf of the Trust Board and Executive Team, I would like to thank you for everything you do for Liverpool University Hospitals and wish you a very warm welcome to your Staff Support Offer.

Our priority at LUHFT, is ensuring that we have the right things in place to support you.
I recognise that there is a cost-of-living crisis, and households are facing a very challenging time. The staff support offer has details of help and support available and I want to assure you that all staff, whatever their role, can access support, help and advice. I am working with our trade union colleagues to develop this further and will update you.

There are lots of health and wellbeing services and resources that can be accessed at any time via the Staff Hub. We want to make sure that we care for you, whilst you support us, to provide great care to patients, so please enjoy taking a look through this booklet and getting to know what is available to support you here at LUHFT.
